Our Parish Administrator, Erica Stiller, is a Rochester native and a graduate of Holy Spirit Catholic School, Lourdes High School, and Winona State University. Through her time in classes and extracurricular activities, Erica learned how to be a passionate, involved leader. She cherishes her experiences in the Lourdes Drumline, as an actress in theater productions, a ballroom dance instructor, a community activist, WSU Student Senator and world traveler.
Erica applied her BS degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management to work in mission-driven organizations, parish operations, customer service, and corporate training.
In her lifetime, Erica has grown as a woman of faith. Through the examples of Our Lady of Lourdes, the Apostles and Saints, her family and her parish, she witnessed grace and love in action through service. Erica’s faith has always been a defining part of her life. Through the discipleship of the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS), Erica fell in love with Christ, His Church and His mission. She humbly, yet boldly strives for sainthood as a holy, modern, Catholic woman. As FOCUS speaker, Sarah Swafford, would say “Striving, not perfect, but striving.”
Erica credits her faith for leading her to a mission as a servant leader. As the Parish Administrator, she directly serves our parish mission as a team player. She upholds the vision of our Pastor and is attentive to the needs of our many ministries. As she strives for excellence, she relies on the insight and support of the parish staff, volunteers, and community. She often reflects “Christ is here in this space, as evident in His people who live their lives here. It is my honor and privilege to be among them.”
