This ministry involves a share in the work of the Lord\u2019s Spirit calling us to recognize and pass on the workings of God in the lives of all people. It is a task of guarding and passing on intact the rich deposit of our Catholic Faith to the next generation and to all who search for a deeper faith. Training is provided. You meet 1-3 times per couple.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rescathroch.org\/WP\/parish-life\/pick-your-ministry\/ministry-general-form-page\/\">Questions and more Information<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>PREJORDAN: BAPTISMAL INSTRUCTION<\/h3>\n<p>Provides sacramental preparation for those seeking to have their baby baptized. Preparation is offered on the second Tuesday of each month starting at 7 p.m. in the Conference Room.<br \/>\nContact: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rescathroch.org\/WP\/people\/sheila-pelowski\/\">Sheila Pelowski<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>RCIA (RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION) SPONSORS AND CATECHISTS<\/h3>\n<p>Catechists accompany those interested in the Catholic faith and way of life through faith-sharing sessions on the Sunday scriptures and the church teachings which flow from them. Sponsors attend the meetings and walk with a specific candidate\/catechumen as they prepare for the reception of the sacraments. Weekly sessions when candidates are present; bi-weekly during the summer. Interactive format.
