\n\u2022\tSeptember 22nd (Setup Saturday 21st)
\n\u2022\tSign-up for volunteer positions in gathering space weekend of 9\/7 – 9\/8
\n\u2022\tKoC will provide food: hamburgers, brats, some baked goods
\n\u2022\tSimple Games: Cookie Walk, Bean Bags, possibly Pickle Ball
\n\u2022\tMass outside: 10:30 (No 8:30 Mass)
\n\u2022\tLooking at area to have Mass, most likely near the Rectory
\n\u2022\tBring Lawn Chairs, blankets etc.
\n\u2022\tLooking at 300+ people
\n\u2022\tPossibly getting a tent for shade
\n\u2022\tEly will setup sound system for Mass and Choir
\n\u2022\tCheck to see if we can project the Vikings game at noon in the shed<\/p>\n
40 Hour Devotion Oct. 31st – Nov. 2nd
\n\u2022\tTradition of having Blessed Sacrament exposed for 40 hours
\n\u2022\tPeople can sign up for different designated hours
\n\u2022\tParish dinner to start the Devotion
\n\u2022\tTrick or Treating for kids
\n\u2022\tDress according (Saints, Heros, NOT witches, etc)
\n\u2022\tHoly Hour after the dinner<\/p>\n
