Finance Council Meeting Minutes May 27, 2025

Present – Fr. James Steffes, Fran Filzen, Anita Flesher, Tim Geisler, Stan Mayer, Josh Noser, Jim Stegenga
(Rod Kollman had an excused absence but was available to answer questions by text)

1) Reviewed April Financials – (10 months YTD)

• YTD net income of $39,106 exceeds break-even budget by that same amount

2) Quick review of initial draft of 2025 operating budget

• Budget is a break-even/balanced budget
• A Draft Budget will be sent to members for further review and then approval from the
  Trustees.

Next meeting date –July 15 at 5:30
