Children ages 4 through Kindergarten

The Church of the Resurrections Children’s Ministry (PreK-KG) program strives to help children encounter Christ through the teachings of the Catholic faith utilizing an adapted Liturgy of the Word faith formation curriculum. Our Sunday school program is focused on providing a safe, positive, and welcoming environment where children can explore and cultivate their unique relationship with Christ. Guided by the Holy Spirit, each child will get time to build friendships during free play, sing faith songs infused with motion, hear the daily gospel story. In small age based groups, art, crafts, games, and song continue building a strong foundation of our Catholic faith. Our goal is to assist children to listen, reflect and respond to the Word of God in a creative and engaging environment.

Sunday School lessons include topics such as: Jesus, Holy Water, Sign of the Cross, the Trinity, the Mass, Saints, Virtues, Mary and the Rosary.
